Each rival includes different bounty system, so the more cars of Police you hit, the more bounty you get. So this car is of Condition 2 and Condition 2 is a little bit difficult to evade because the car weight is heavy and the strength of the cars is also high, so you have to evade from the police cleverly so that you cannot get busted.
This car is of Condition 3 and Condition 3 is very difficult to evade because the strength is also high and roadblocks system is also implemented by this police.
In Roadblock system, police cars appear in front of you and you have to smash the cars up to get rid of the Roadblock.
